Growth vs Fixed Mindset

This year one of my main focuses with my students is creating a growth mindset.  I want students to face challenges as stepping stones to learning new things and I want them to know that there is not a single thing that they cannot accomplish if they continue to TRY.

1. Last day to place hot lunch orders online is today.

2. Scholastic book orders are due online or to Mrs. Barker by Monday, Sept 24.

3. Bring a small flashlight to school by Friday this week please (Dollar store has great ones if you need a small one).

4. Terry Fox walk will be on Friday.  Dress for the weather.  If you are able to donate a TOONIE for Terry please send it in.
