Reminders for this week...

1. Field trip to the Galt Museum tomorrow. Leaving the school at 12:30 pm. Parent helpers please be here for 12:25pm.

2. Wednesday at 8:30am there is an assembly where the grade three classes are performing if you would like to come watch.

3. Friday is our grade 3 Christmas party. Please remember to send in snacks if you have signed up.

Math Test

YOUR CHILD IS BRINGING HOME A MATH REVIEW SHEET TODAY.

THEY HAVE THEIR "NUMBERS" MATH TEST ON THURSDAY THIS WEEK.

THIS REVIEW SHEET IS A PERFECT STUDY GUIDE FOR THEM AS THE QUESTIONS WILL BE VERY SIMILAR TO THE REVIEW SHEET QUESTIONS.

PLEASE DO 10 - 15 MINUTES OF REVIEW WITH YOUR CHILD EACH NIGHT.

Christmas Gala

CHRISTMAS GALA THURSDAY FROM 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

Important:

Parents are requested to bring snacks for the evening to help out. Please note that there are children with NUT allergies in the school that are severe.

If you bring a snack that contains NUTS please make sure that it is labelled on the snack container!

Parent Helpers Needed...

GALT MUSEUM FIELD TRIP

We will be taking the Grade 3 classes to the “Ukrainian Connections” presentation at the “Galt Museum”. This presentation is of special interest, as it compliments our Social Studies program.

Our class will be attending on Tuesday, December 16th.

Our presentation will be from 12:50pm until 2:20pm. We will be leaving the school by bus at approximately 12:30pm and we will return at about 2:45pm.

We will need five parents from each class to accompany and assist children at this presentation. If you are available to help us, please return the lower portion of this form to your child’s homeroom teacher as soon as possible. (Due to the nature of this presentation, we ask that younger siblings not attend with our parent assistants.)

Please let me know ASAP if you can help out as a parent supervisor!
